Common questions

Most organisations complete a full assessment cycle in 7–14 days from launch to report. Setup takes under 30 minutes — you configure your survey, set your departments and sites, and share a link. Employees take around 8 minutes to complete the 24-question instrument. Your OHS Report is generated automatically once the survey closes.
All plans are billed annually. There is no lock-in beyond your current year — you can cancel before renewal and there are no exit fees. We're confident in the value Thrivio delivers, so we don't believe in trapping customers.
If your headcount grows beyond your plan's limit during the year, get in touch and we'll upgrade you to the next tier on a pro-rata basis. We'll never charge you retrospectively for assessments already completed.
Yes. Thrivio never identifies individual respondents. All scores are aggregated at the domain and department level. Results for groups smaller than 5 people are suppressed to protect individual anonymity. This design is critical to the quality of your data — employees answer more accurately when they trust the process.
